Such a cool bike. No pedals. Little ones sit/run/ride and eventually learn to lift their feet and coast. They discover two-wheel balance naturally. This one loves it. In his mind, he's riding a motorcycle just like Dad.
I've seen these - they're fabulous! Chris and I have both been avid cyclists for years and believe this is one of the best ideas to come along in ages. Looks like your boy's doing great!
Interesting fact here is that the very first bikes designed didn't have pedals and were propelled in a very similar way. Later we had the fixed-to-the-wheel pedals (like the penny fathing) and its relatively recent that we had the chain/pedals we all rely on. Still - cute photo :)

Man, It's not the being on two wheels that scared me. It was the crashing stop at the end where i forgot where the brakes were and ran into a bush.
