Wordfuse (I hope think.stew didn't do this one already)

Walkward

This is how you feel when you look up from your busy workday scurrying and find that you are walking side by side with a stranger. You are both going the same direction at the same pace as if you are old friends. Like it's a date. But it's not because you're strangers.

(Idea for this wordfuse borrowed stolen from think.stew. He's got a million.)

i have a similar one - when you happen to notice a car that stays behind you for some time as if you are going to the same place, or are being followed.

I wish I had thought of this! Very clever! Plus that weird feeling now has a name.

What's the name for when you're saying good bye to a same gender straight friend and there's a slightly awkward moment where something else if called for and you think, "This is where we kiss." and then you just say, "...Um...so bye!"?
